Protection vs Sacrifice

We expect leaders, government, and ultimately God to protect
us from terrorism, illness, loss of job, 
failing relationships, and bad grades 
so WE can live a better life,

Rather than sacrificing of ourselves to 
Protect the vulnerable, Feed the hungry, Teach the teachable, Forgive, Give shelter to the homeless,
Show compassion to the brokenhearted, 
to put it simply - Love our Neighbor as ourselves..
